Coba Education have been approached to recruit an EYFS Teacher on a full-time basis from after the October half term or January 2026. The role will involve some planning and observation. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and demonstrate effective management and leadership skills. This role involves fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their safety and development while promoting a love for learning.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of children.
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive interactions among students.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programmes and share best practices.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
Supervise children during playtime and other activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.

Requirements

Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
A qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
Strong management and leadership abilities to guide students effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
Experience in nursery settings is advantageous.
A valid driving licence may be required for transportation purposes related to school activities.
